Thanks to the renovation, a machine with the parameters of a new one can be obtained again, for approximately one third of the purchase price. The path to such reincarnation can take two ways.

Mitutoyo EURO C Apex 776 coordinate measuring machine retrofit
The Mitutoyo Euro C Apex 776 coordinate measuring machine has been used by our customers to measure milled metal products since 1999. The moment its measurement accuracy ceased to meet the highest standards to which the customer was accustomed, he decided to replace it. We did not write off this veteran, but on the contrary, we breathed new life into him.
Our experienced team of experts embarked on it with full vigor and all parade: the original solid, three-axis head was replaced by a motor-adjustable, five-axis, as well as the cabling, measuring rulers, control unit or ball screws that ensure absolutely accurate machine operation. Branded new 3D coordinate machine. Subsequently, the drive engines were completely overhauled. At the very end, the machine received a new paint and also a brain in the form of a new control computer with the latest version of the measuring software. In short, only a part of the electrical installation and the frame of the whole machine remained from the original equipment.
We took it more out of the way than we originally expected, and our mission, which seemed more and more “impossible,” eventually succeeded.
As a result, we currently have a device that is ready for another long-term service. He will be able to measure exactly whatever gets in his way, for a fraction of the price of brand new predators on the market.
